WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can use all major credit cards as well as PayPal in our store.

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SECURE?
AmaraLustra adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information with state-of-the-art security measures.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, widely used for secure online payments.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
90% of our orders come with a tracking number. However, some orders may not have one. If you need more information about an order without a tracking code, please contact us at Team@amaralustra.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

You will receive your tracking number by email a few days after placing your order. You can then track your package on our "Track My Order" page.

Ensure that you’ve entered your code correctly. The best way is to copy and paste it.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your items have been shipped, we send a notification to the email address you provided and the phone number used at checkout. Your tracking number will usually be available a few days after shipment.

You can also check your order status on our online tracking page.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS "DELIVERED," BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Sometimes postal services mark an order as "delivered" when it reaches your local post office, even if you haven’t received it yet. In this case, wait a few days for the package to arrive or contact your local post office, as it may be held there for you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, AmaraLustra ships worldwide every day. Delivery is available almost everywhere.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
All items go through a processing period before being shipped.

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment.

We’ll notify you by email once your items have been shipped.

MY ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVE ON TIME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your items haven’t arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at Team@amaralustra.com.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Standard International Shipping: 8 to 20 business days.
    All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods, allow up to 6 business days for shipment.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
Delivery depends on your location and the items ordered. Packages are typically delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office with a notice left in your mailbox.

Most orders will be available for pick-up at your local post office if you receive a notice. This may also occur if the courier attempted delivery but couldn’t leave the package in a secure spot.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free for all orders.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED FROM?
Our warehouses are located in China and the UK. Most orders are shipped from China. For additional information, contact us at Team@amaralustra.com.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If you receive a damaged or defective product from AmaraLustra, please send us photographic or video evidence, and we’ll send you a new item free of charge.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR SELECTED THE WRONG VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens, contact us at Team@amaralustra.com as soon as possible, and we’ll try to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee changes, as all orders are processed immediately after being placed. If your order is already in transit, we won’t be able to stop it.

Note: If we cannot cancel the order, no refunds will be issued if the products were sent to an incorrect address.

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Customs, postal services, and AmaraLustra are separate entities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services, nor for any taxes or customs fees in your country.

We recommend contacting your country’s customs office directly to request the release of your package.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once your order is placed, it is sent immediately to the shipping department, which takes 1 to 3 business days to process. If you need to change your address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Ensure that all information provided is correct before completing your order to avoid any loss or delivery issues.

Note: If you provided a temporary address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
