Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
Lost Items in Transit
By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping timelines. Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but external factors such as customs inspections may cause delays. If your order exceeds the displayed delivery timeframe by 10 business days, you can contact us to request a replacement or a full refund.
Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages
AmaraLustra is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. In such cases, we will provide the following information to assist with your investigation:
